Rubis Plastic Surgery was founded in 2001 by Dr. Brent Rubis and his wife Tracy. They work together with a goal to provide a higher level of customer service and surgical expertise for Northeast Oklahoma. Their mission is to provide every patient with a personalized experience that includes the highest quality of medical care and ethics. They want to make every patient feel comfortable during their journey, and will work with you as a partner to create a surgical plan that will meet your individual needs. They strive to create a warm, safe, respectful, private atmosphere for you during every visit. By having a focus on patient education, painstaking attention to detail, and by always being available to their patients day or night, their hope is for every patient to have a positive and stress free experience. The combination of Dr. Rubis’ s exceptional surgical skill and delightful bedside manner with Tracy’s attention to customer-service, they work together seamlessly to make every patients dreams a reality.

Dr. Brent Rubis has a reputation of excellence and exceptional surgical experience in private practice in the field of Plastic Surgery. He is a highly respected member of the medical community in Tulsa, as well as in Illinois where he trained for 6 years. He specializes in breast and body contouring procedures, and provides meticulous personal care as though every patient is a family member.
He is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and proud to have called Tulsa his home since July of 2000. He has been married to his wife Tracy since 1992 and has two beautiful daughters.
Dr. Rubis emphasizes natural beauty for his patients, allowing them to gain confidence, and improve their self image. He insists patients be well educated and weigh both risks and benefits with realistic expectations, when making their informed decisions. He is dedicated to patient safety, clinical excellence, as well as personal-service. He is a perfectionist at heart and is only satisfied when the best is achieved for every patient.

Tracy Rubis, RN, BSN has been a registered nurse since 1992, graduating with her BSN from Maryville University. She worked for 9 years as an intensive care nurse, operating room nurse, and in high risk obstetrics. She has been a plastic surgery nurse with Rubis Plastic Surgery since 2001, and dedicates herself to her patients as a nurse, surgical coordinator, patient educator, and friend. She thoroughly enjoys working with her husband and best friend everyday, and feels that helping patients feel better about themselves is her calling.

Crystal Thomsen, Front Office Manager, has been with Rubis Plastic Surgery since 2001. She is originally from Kansas, and settled here in Tulsa with her husband. Crystal assists patients in many ways. She is responsible for scheduling appointments and surgeries, accounts receivable and billing of insurances, as well as the daily running of the front office. You can always count on Crystal to help with all of your needs.
